Recreating the same process that was discovered by Pancho Villa and his men after they emptied whiskey casks and used them to transport coffee beans during the Revolution of Mexico. Our signature Whiskey Barrel Aged coffee beans are aged in recently emptied casks for thirty days before roasting. The barrel aging process absorbs the natural flavors and aromas from the spirits and charred oak barrels. This creates a distinctively complex style of coffee.
