A flavor discovered by Pancho Villa's men after emptying bourbon whiskey casks and using them to carry coffee beans during the Mexican Revolution. Our signature Whiskey Barrel Aged coffee beans are aged in recently emptied casks for thirty days before roasting. The barrel aging process absorbs the natural flavors and aromas from the spirits and charred oak barrels. This creates a distinctively complex style of coffee.
